Welcome to Earning Network. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What We Do

Earning Network is an online rewards platform. Users earn EN-Coins by completing tasks, using connected apps, referring friends, and other activities. Coins can be converted to USD and withdrawn through supported payment methods (PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT, or others we may add).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country).
You must provide accurate information when registering.
One account per person. Multiple accounts may be banned and earnings forfeited.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.

3. Earning Coins

Coins are awarded for activities defined within the platform. We may change earning rates, add new ways to earn, or remove features at any time. Coins have no fixed cash value until they are converted at the end of each earning cycle.

We may verify your identity, location, or activity at any time, and may withhold conversion or payout of coins we reasonably believe were earned in violation of these terms.

4. Withdrawals & Payments

Minimum withdrawal is $5 USD equivalent (this may change).
Withdrawals are processed manually and may take time.
You are responsible for providing correct payout details (PayPal email, wallet address, etc.). We are not liable for funds sent to wrong addresses you provide.
We may delay or reject a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, multiple accounts, or rule violations.
Some earnings are funded by third-party advertisers and partners. If a partner reverses, cancels, or does not pay for an activity (for example invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent completions), the related coins may be adjusted or reversed, including after they were credited.
Payouts may be delayed or temporarily paused by events outside our control — including partner outages, payment-processor issues, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We always honor legitimately earned, verified balances once normal service resumes.
Rewards are tracked through ads on partner sites. Activity completed with an ad-blocker active cannot be verified and will not be credited.
We may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
You are responsible for any taxes owed on earnings in your country.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following will result in account suspension and loss of all earnings:

Creating multiple accounts
Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or any tool that hides or falsifies your real location or device
Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or automation of any kind to earn
Self-referrals (referring yourself with another account)
Manipulating tasks, the spin wheel, or any earning feature
Sharing your account or buying/selling accounts
Using ad-blockers, script blockers, or content blockers while earning, which prevent your activity from being verified
Any fraudulent or illegal activity

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or close any account at any time if we believe these terms have been violated, fraud has occurred, or the account presents a risk. Coin balances on terminated accounts may be forfeited.

7. No Guarantees

We provide the platform "as is." We do not guarantee:

Specific earnings amounts
That the platform will always be available
That connected apps will always work
Any specific withdrawal processing time
That earnings, conversions, or withdrawals will be available in every country, as some regions may be restricted

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earning Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the unpaid balance in your account at the time of any dispute.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be announced via email or platform notification.
